Welcome! I’m Lexi Cuff—an educator, business professional, and advocate for ethical leadership within the legal and public service fields. My passion lies in shaping the next generation of leaders through Advanced Legal Systems and Law Practicum, where I work closely with high school juniors and seniors who are preparing for their future careers.

With a strong background in Ethical Leadership and Management Strategies, I focus on guiding students—many of whom are at-risk or navigating major life transitions—toward developing the skills needed for personal and professional success.

I graduated from Western Governors University with a Master of Business in Management and Leadership degree, while focusing my attention to the communication aspect of ethical leadership and effective management strategies. I graduated from Western Carolina University in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and a minor in Business Law and Special Education. During my last undergraduate semester at Western Carolina, I was able to be dual-enrolled at National Paralegal college which provided me additional courses in business law, document drafting and contract negotiations. During my time in North Carolina, I also enjoyed volunteering my time to the Down Syndrome Association of the Greater Charlotte Area where I served on the associate board as a co-chair.

While enrolled in my online MBML course, I was the business and communication manager at an international all-girls sleep away camp. I was actively involved in the organization’s recruiting and hiring process, assisting in monitoring and sourcing applicants, prescreening our candidates, organizing their travel plans and being their point of contact as their arrival date edges on.

In my office and classroom, I promote effective and active communication with my staff and students. I believe that the best way to promote growth within a company is by reinforcing positive boundaries and healthy dialogue. Building a strong and cohesive team is crucial to my management strategies. My strengths include, but are not limited to, problem-solving, team building, effective and active listening and communicating, time management and comprehensive learning.
